In the heart of Beirut, in Achrafieh, the loft was designed to be sustainable, energy efficient, using natural wood material cladding, floor to ceiling glazing that introduces sun light, manoeuvrable sun shades to control it.
The loft is surrounded by greenery that brings life to architecture, plays different roles from sun screen in summer to privacy in addition to its major role which filters out air and sound pollution.
Furniture was custom made with a combination of white polished wood. polished stainless steel structure, fabrics and white leather.

Biophilic Design, introducing elements of nature.
Plantlife, natural colours and natural materials all work together to form a harmonious space.
Wide open spaces, natural light, plants and other elements bring a sense of tranquility to the space.
Biophilic design has been proven to reduce stress and tension levels, which goes a long way in boosting our mental health and wellbeing.
Materials used come from sustainable sources. Pieces made from wood, bamboo, bark, clay and stone can be recycled, and plantlife is biodegradable.

Double-height ceilings, floor-to-ceiling glass walls for views of a garden courtyard, natural materials, organic shapes and a variety of seating styles. Strong connection to nature.
The project included an outdoor terrace.
Use of plants and living green walls, rammed earth walls, water features and organic shapes are all part of a holistic approach to biophilic design.
CHAMPIGNY SUR MARNE
In Champigny sur Marne, our intervention was to redesign the office facade and interior.
We brought nature to the interior by creating a large green wall. We used bio-sourced materials especially wood to the front window and interior.

The buidling was designed to be sustainable, energy efficient, using natural wood material cladding, floor to ceiling glazing that introduces sun light, manoeuvrable sun shades to control it.

OFFICE BUILDING LOBBY
In the heart of Beirut, in Achrafieh, two alternatives were designed for an office building lobby. One will warm touch of wood ribbon form, granite flooring and stainless steel sheets the other one is colder with granite flooring, wa;; and ceiling, alucobond cabinets wall.
