ACHRAFIEH 2223 . 2013 In the heart of Beirut, in Achrafieh, “Achrafieh 2223”, an intimate living space in Achrafieh consisting of 4 Duplexes and 1 Triplex. The buidling was designed to be sustainable, energy efficient, using white marble cladding, floor to ceiling glazing that introduces sun light, manoeuvrable sun shades to control it. PAVILLION - BOULOGNE . 2017 Transforming a small pavillion ( 17 m2) to a Loft like (40m2) in Boulogne - France The idea was to lower the levels of the living by 50cm and dining by 100cm to create an upper level mezzanine / Bedroom - wardrobe without touching the height of the existing. Adding a 12 m2 veranda / Living Creating a dining area / Kitchen / Bathroom in the existing pavillion Creating a bedroom in the mezzanine	Villa in Greece Set amidst a lush green landscape and overlooking the Mediterranean coast, the villa boasts a sparkling pool that seamlessly blends in with the surrounding nature.
S&S House . 2017 In the mountain of Lebanon, in Ain Zhalta, the house was designed to be sustainable, energy efficient, using natural stone cladding, floor to ceiling glazing that introduces sun light. Nature was brought inside the house by creating multiple green patios. Terraces were planted to extend the garden to the first floor.
